    Emirhan Özkan has been awarded a 2025 APSA Doctoral Dissertation Research Improvement Grant for his project, "Hating Too Much?: Polarization and Foreign Policy." Emirhan will use the money for his dissertation on the effect of polarization on foreign policy attitudes. Congratulations, Emirhan!
