Tara James works on a hybrid schedule and is available remotely on Tuesdays and Fridays, otherwise, you can find her on the 5th floor of Hickman Hall.
- Bio:
Tara James holds a BA in History from Temple University and an MA in Women’s History from Sarah Lawrence College, where she researched feminist activism among African American women during the civil rights movement.
She has worked in higher education for over 25 years, including two decades in leadership and teaching roles within the Women’s History graduate program at Sarah Lawrence College. She has also taught women’s history at Marymount College in New York.
Currently, Tara serves as the Program Coordinator for the MA in United Nations and Global Policy Studies and provides support to the undergraduate program.
