- Bio:
Amy J. Higer holds an MA in International Affairs from American University, and a Ph.D. in Politics from Brandeis University. She is currently a faculty member at Rutgers University - Newark, Division of Global Affairs and Rutgers University - New Brusnwick, Department of Political Science. She has also taught at CUNY, NYU, Seton Hall and Vassar College. Her areas of expertise are international organizations, transnational social movements, international population policy and international relations theory.
