Students on the Move

Taylor Symes serves as the Multi-Faith Fellow for the International Religious Freedom (IRF) Secretariat.  In this summer internship, Taylor provides research for and edits letters penned to policy-makers concerning international faith-based human rights violations.  Taylor also provides administrative and digital support in the form of writing and editing for the IRF’s website, managing email circulation, and liaising with representatives from external partners including USAID, USCIRF, and the State Department.  Additionally, the IRF Secretariat hosts weekly virtual Roundtables that Taylor attends and provides live research for, alongside taking notes for distribution among IRF employees.  Taylor thoroughly enjoys her time with the IRF and is excited to continue building her experience in policy and research.
