Joe DeLuca is a recent graduate from the UNMA program at Rutgers University. While at UNMA, his coursework centered around the topics of Globalization, Social Entrepreneurship and Responsible Business Practices. Prior to attending Rutgers, Joe received his B.A. from Penn State University in International Political Economy. Joe also received the Certificate in Business Fundamentals from the Smeal School of Business at Penn State.

During his time in the UNMA, Joe completed two internships in the consulting space. Joe spent 15 months at Constantinople & Vallone Consulting (C&V), which is a lobbying and business consulting firm. While at C&V Joe was able to gain insight into the lobbying space and the larger relationship between business and politics. Following this, Joe spent the summer of 2023 interning at Brasidas Group, which is a political risk & business intelligence firm. Interning at Brasidas Group allowed Joe to build upon his time at C&V while also learning new skills in the research and open source intelligence space. Following graduation from the UNMA in January of 2024, Joe began working at Pinkerton, a comprehensive risk management company. Looking ahead, Joe hope’s to continue to expand his skill set and professional development.
