BIO:
Daphnée Fleurant is a Human Recourse Business Partner (HRBP) by education and profession. She is an Army veteran and is currently an Associate Director HRBP at Merck Research Division with 10+ years in Pharma.
Daphnée currently has a dual Master's in Human Resource Management and Labor and Employment Relations and hopes to use the UNMA masters to support international NGO a/o non-profit organization. She is also passionate on support veteran's transition to civilian life. As such, she has been teaching the veterans Mini-MBA program here at Rutgers University to support that mission.
