  • Christine Cahill Selected for Inaugural SoTL Fellowship
  • Bio:

    Dr. Christine Cahill is currently serving as the Undergraduate Director and is responsible for overseeing over 900 undergraduate majors and minors in Political Science. She teaches a large introductory course on quantitative research methods to math-phobic students using a variety of evidence-based approaches to enhance participation and learning. Dr. Cahill also mentors students through the Honors Thesis Research and Internship Programs.

    She is currently a New Brunswick Faculty Representative to the Rutgers University Senate and serves on the Curriculum Committee for Rutgers School of Arts and Science. Dr. Cahill also is also a member of the Advisory Board to the American Political Science Association Educate, which provides leadership and guidance on a large digital library dedicated to teaching effectiveness in the Political Science discipline. Dr. Cahill received her PhD in Comparative Politics and Political Methodology from the University of California, Davis.
