| Education and Background |
Dr. Poast joined the political science faculty in September 2011. Poast received his B.A. from Miami University (Oxford, OH), his M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. He has taught in the Department of Economics at The Ohio State University, has been recognized for excellence in undergraduate teaching, and received a National Science Foundation IGERT IDEAS Fellowship while completing his graduate studies.
